Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Lithuania) from the receipt of full payment.
Location: All items are packed and shipped directly from Lithuania.
Payment Confirmation: Processing begins once your payment has successfully cleared.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Customer Choice: You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout prior to completing your payment.
Carrier & Cost: Available options, estimated transit times, and delivery fees will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination and chosen carrier.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available for the selected method).
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Shipping)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
5. Delays & Issues
While we guarantee dispatch within 7 business days, actual transit times are subject to the carrier’s operations and customs processing delays beyond our control.
